With the aim of showing the new generation who we are and sharing with them the reality of the IT and network sector, part of the Stormshield R&D team went to meet the students of Ecole 42 in Paris.

 

Ecole 42 offers advanced training in computer science, accessible to all, with an innovative pedagogy: bye bye the concept of teachers and students, make way for the implementation of collaborative projects, group work and learning to code independently! A real revolution in education, initiated by Xavier Niel and Nicolas Sadirac.

On the agenda: presentation of the company, presentation on the architecture of a firewall and the processing of network connections, or feedback from an employee, a former Ecole 42 student who has been with Stormshield since 2019.

 

We were delighted with this moment and so were the students; they gave us a 5/5 rating. A great reward for the involvement and energy of our team!

To encourage vocations, to make people understand the challenges of the IT sector, but also to make them want to join us… the objectives of going to meet the students are multiple. This action should certainly be repeated in Paris and Lyon, cities where we are present in the same way as Ecole 42.
