Our partnership with l’Ecole de la Seconde Chance (l’E2C) continues, and for the second year running, we helped a group of “Young Dynamics” with their professional project. Sylvie, our HR Director, and Alaix, our Recruitment Manager, took part in three lunches with them . During these weeks, they discussed a number of themes: restoring their self-confidence, teaching them to value themselves and to give them the keys to structuring their professional project. Our 6 young people left feeling reenergized and confident about their future – a source of great pride for us!
