25 new Stormshielders took part in the first Induction day of the year. A veritable company ritual and an essential step in the onboarding process for new arrivals ! This day is an opportunity to meet people outside the team, and to learn more about oneself in order to work better with others. Conviviality, curiosity and team cohesion marked the day at our Lille premises.
